What are your hours and days of operation? Are you available in the evenings and weekends?

Hours of operation are from 7am to 8pm, Sundays and Mondays only. However scheduling will be maintained daily.

Do you do more than one vehicle in the same day?

This depends on the level of service each vehicle requires. On average we can service 3 vehicles a day at our premium service, if the vehicles are in medium condition (medium condition means 4-6 months without detail, not extremely dirty nor spotless in terms of being clean).

Do you work on oversized vehicles, commercial vans and trucks?

Currently we service up to commercial sized vans. If you're unsure whether or not we can detail your vehicle, feel free to contact us with any questions.

How do you accept payment?

Payments are accepted through a third party app called "Square". This is where we process invoices and send to you either via email or text. Square allows you to pay through Apple pay, Samsung Pay, Paypal, and also by manually entering your card information. This is the preferred method of payment, however cash payment and checks are also acceptable.

How do I schedule an appointment for auto detailing? Do you offer any rush service or is it a case by case appointment?

Currently it is case by case since we only operate two days of the week, however if there is a rushed service required then please contact us and we may be able to accomodate you based off of your needs.

Are your cleaning supplies safe around children and pets?

Our cleaning supplies are not meant for children or pets. We request that both children and pets maintain a distance of 5-10 feet from the vehicle when being serviced. With that being said, all chemicals are completely removed from the vehicle, there is no need to worry about residue that your child or pet may come into contact with.

Can we request specifics that are not covered in your packages?

Yes! if there is a specific service you would like to request please specify! Our packages are price ranged and not concrete. This means that if you request a service to be added or removed we will adjust the quote accordingly. it is also necessary to add that not every service in a package is required, if that is the case we will let you the customer know in advance and the quote will reflect accordingly.

Do you travel to our location or can we bring our vehicle to you?

We are a mobile detailing service! This means we will travel to you. If you require service at your place of work, we only request that you speak with the landlord to make sure we are allowed to be on the premise to detail your vehicle.
